I am currently thoroughly enjoying making prints and exploring the many ways of doing this. Making plates from card and textured paper or fabric is as absorbing as making an aquatint. Then there is the added fun of playing with the ink! I trained as an Interior Designer at Leeds; then worked for various theatre and opera companies (including Glyndebourne). The Bristol Old Vic lured me westward and I worked as a prop maker and then as a designer. I returned to Bristol after a stint with Scottish Opera to work at the BBC. After the studio was closed in 1992, I retrained as an Art Therapist and worked in Mental Health.

But my need to be creative led first to the making of fascinators (some still available!) and now print making.
