Community Benefit Triple Bottom Line:

Social – a point of contact, a point of information, phone available for emergency use.

Financial – users can pay bills in person at the desk , extended opening hours, can pay in Bristol Pounds, can have queries responded to in person, saves postage costs for us and for customers. Sole traders can run their classes from the Centre without the costs of having to pay for costly infrastructure and staff.

Environmental – Staff both personally provide and keep the notice board up to date with information about local environmental projects  - Front Garden Competition, Friends of the Avon New Cut, energy saving information on behalf of the local environmental advisory group BEG (Bedminster Energy Group)
