About the Nursery

The Southville Centre Nursery is a community nursery which has been run by the SCDA since 1992. It is registered with, and inspected by, OFSTED and provides 54 nursery spaces for children aged between 1 and 5 years. The nursery operates from two spaces within the centre, The Leighton Room and The Stackpool Room.

The Nursery is recognised across Bristol as a high quality provider of Early Years Care and Education. It utilises the national ‘Early Years Foundation Stage’ framework as part of a personalised curriculum which is supported by its:

-       Warm, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

-       High quality environment and resources.

-       Qualified and passionate staff team.

-       Personalised provision for children.
