the Southville Centre

The hall offers a large amount of space for children to engage in a diverse range of games and activities and we have use of the Southville Centre garden which offers an interesting play area.

The Playscheme is open throughout half-term holidays, Easter and Summer holidays but not over the Christmas / New Year holiday. We open for Southville School inservice days if there is enough demand. Please check with Tim Clark, Head of Family Services.

The day runs from 8.30am to 6.00pm and children can either bring a packed lunch or have a meal provided. The Playscheme costs £22.00 per day. Summer trips may involve a small additional cost. We are able to accept appropriate childcare vouchers towards the cost of sessions.

Some information is also available at the Southville Centre reception. All new families must complete a registration form and pay a £10 registration fee before booking sessions. Both the registration form and booking forms can be emailed on request.

Playscheme and Activities

The S.C.D.A. Holiday Playscheme operates at The Southville Centre during all school holiday periods.

For the February holiday we are now accepting full day bookings (8.30 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.) and 2 hour activity bookings for the sessions listed below.

The prices are £22.00 for a full day and £6.00 for individual activities. Booking forms are available below and at The Southville Centre reception.
