Greater Bedminster Community Partnership has awarded us funds to refurbish our loos and to repair our lift.
Greater Bedminster Community Partnership (GBCP) has awarded the Southville Centre £5516.00 to make improvements to our facilities. We had to meet rigorous criteria to show that the proposed works would have a positive impact on our community.
£3,016 will be used to refurbish our loos and make them more environmentally friendly with low flush toilets and urinals. The remaining £2,500 will be put to great use in mending our lift door which no longer closes on its own. Once repaired the lift will allow independent movement throughout the building for all of our customers.
This money will allow us to improve our building for the 2000+ visitors that come to the Centre every week.
